The thinnest part of the map. Which is itself the finding.
Mindanao appears in our public research through two organisations and one public programme. That is not a statement about how much ube grows there - it is a statement about how little of it is documented on the open web, and it is exactly where a producer submission or a field visit is worth more than another search.
An indigenous Ata growers association in the Paquibato district of Davao City is documented by the Mindanao Times as being trained in ube production and receiving planting material, with a Makati-based intermediary supplying material and market access. Training and planting material are not a harvest: no volume, and no commercial availability, has been established. A processing cooperative in Davao City also appears in the DTI shared-facility register with equipment from 2016, and is shown as a historic lead.
The public programme behind them.
The Department of Agriculture XI runs the 4K programme supporting indigenous producer communities in the Davao region. Like DA-SAAD in the Visayas, this kind of programme is often the only public trace a smallholder group leaves, and it is a realistic route to reach the group itself.
What is missing, and why we say so.
Growers without a website, association member lists, harvest volumes and processing capacity across Mindanao are absent from our public research. We would rather publish a short, honest page than a padded one. If you grow or process ube in Mindanao, the producer route is the fastest way to correct this map.
Historic and unqualified leads
These records come from a historic public register or a directory listing alone. They are kept visible because they are real traces of ube activity, but current activity has not been established and they should not be treated as available suppliers.

Every record comes from the consolidated public research of 9 September 2026: 67 organisations, 72 public references, formats and price tiers and 18 support organisations, collected from official sites, seller pages, Philippine institutional sources, trade catalogues and press. No organisation has been contacted, audited or qualified. Category and region are assigned by hand from the documented location; a region is left blank rather than guessed. Personal contact details and published prices are deliberately not republished here: prices are volatile domestic quotations and belong in a quotation, not on a directory page.
