Ask for an introduction ↗Most of the documented ingredient houses and mix manufacturers sit in and around Metro Manila and the neighbouring provinces: Caloocan, Pasig, Parañaque, Imus in Cavite, Santa Rosa in Laguna. They publish powders, latte and dessert preparations, extracts and halaya mixes. Almost all of it is seller-declared: composition, actual ube content and the upstream grower are exactly what a buyer has to establish.
Grower and processor associations are documented in Benguet, La Union, Ilocos Sur, Pangasinan, Batanes, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino, mostly through DA, DOST and DTI programme records. In August 2025 the Philippine Information Agency reported Quirino ube powder reaching markets in Japan, France and the United States. That is a documented event; it says nothing about capacity available today.
Several Luzon records come from the DTI list of shared service facilities as of February 2023, with equipment installed between 2013 and 2016. They are shown separately below. Equipment received years ago is a lead worth reactivating, not evidence of a current commercial offer.
These records come from a historic public register or a directory listing alone. They are kept visible because they are real traces of ube activity, but current activity has not been established and they should not be treated as available suppliers.
