01

First the formula, then the pouch.

Choose pure powder or a defined beverage blend. A label cannot solve a formulation mismatch. Establish your customers, intended uses, evidence requirements and target cost before discussing artwork.

02

Define the packing programme.

Professional 1 kg pouches, consumer packs and bulk bags have different production economics. Minimum print runs, filling capability and shelf-life validation influence feasibility. All pack sizes and minimum quantities require manufacturer confirmation.

  • Ingredient declaration and nutritional information for the final formula.
  • Market-specific language, allergens, operator details and batch coding.
  • Packaging barrier, sealing, shelf-life evidence and traceability.
03

Be clear about responsibilities.

The manufacturer, brand owner and importer need a written allocation of quality, artwork approval and product recall responsibilities. Packaging proposals and samples are development materials; no certification or legal compliance claim is made before validation.

Common questions.

Can I launch small consumer sachets?

Include your target pack size and quantity. The production and printing minimums must be checked. A professional pouch pilot may be more practical before a consumer range.

Do you already have a private-label minimum order?

No universal MOQ is advertised. It depends on formula, filling line, packaging and required quantity.

Prepared for professional sourcing discussions. Product claims, regulatory requirements and delivery conditions must be validated for the selected supplier, lot and destination.
